TL;DR

Account Executive (French Market): Identifying and engaging potential clients in the French market and EMEA, leading the sales process from first contact to closing with an accent on building strong customer relationships and sharing valuable market and product insights. Focus on generating new business through outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads, and delivering tailored product demos to drive trial activation and conversion.

Location: Fully remote, but the candidate must be located in Spain.

Salary: €20,000–€26,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned markets (French market & EMEA), from prospecting to closing.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting using multi-channel outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads from the CRM, qualifying prospects and converting them into demos and active trials.
  • Book and deliver tailored product demos, guiding prospects through trial activation and conversion.
  • Balance inbound and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Product, and Tech) to align strategies and share customer insights.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Spain.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and EMEA.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Proven ability in hybrid pipeline management and a data-driven mindset.

Hiring process

  • First interview (30 minutes) with People & Culture Specialist.
  • Second interview (1 hour) with the Chief Sales Officer, including a role-play.
  • Final language test to prove current Italian level.
