What you will do
- Engage with customers to onboard new Southern Europe suppliers, solve queries, and increase response rates.
- Identify and target high-value customers, using sales tactics to successfully engage and convince them to adopt the EV solution.
- Manage, monitor, and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion, nurture, and build your pipeline.
- Identify risks to customer completion of the hirify.global evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues.
- Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, reporting and contributing to bridge gaps between expectations and participation.
- Be accountable for driving a set of KPIs, including conversion rate and quality score.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales.
- Sales background and results-driven individual with the ability to interpret data to identify actions.
- Comfortable presenting to large groups and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Autonomous and proactive with excellent time management and work structure.

- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software.
