What you will do
- Drive company revenue and customer success objectives through the attainment of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer organizational structure, key decision makers, and IT systems.
- Uncover customer needs and goals to match them with hirify.global solutions, articulating their value and benefits.
- Build custom sales presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through lead development and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Draft customer proposals, demonstrate sound decision-making, and negotiate client pricing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields.
- Based in London, United Kingdom, and open to a hybrid working environment.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- 5-7 years of experience in closing sales functions, with SaaS experience highly desirable.
- Proven experience in defining and achieving growth success metrics.
- Technologically savvy with an ability to learn and demonstrate new technology quickly.
