TL;DR

Account Executive (MarTech): Driving new revenue by generating pipeline, demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and closing new enterprise logos with an accent on building relationships with key decision-makers in Marketing/SEO departments. Focus on understanding customer use cases, market positioning, and product features to enhance customer experience.

Location: Hybrid remote policy with brand new offices in the center of Paris (straight out of Gare Saint-Lazare)

Salary: Attractive Remuneration Package with BSPCE (for Permanent full-time role - CDI)

What you will do

  • Drive new revenue through pipeline generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing new logos with enterprise companies.
  • Partner with a Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and understand their business needs.
  • Build relationships and trust with key decision-makers in Marketing/SEO departments across enterprise companies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Demand Generation, Solutions, Customer Success, and Product to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience closing new business at mid-market/enterprise level, in a SaaS environment for a MarTech (or related industry) solutions provider
  • A proven track record of success in achieving new business and revenue growth metrics.
  • Experience demonstrating and selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
  • You speak fluent French and English
