What you will do
- Solve and handle incoming tickets in the Service Desk.
- Monitor SLA compliance within the department.
- Carry out IT helpdesk duties supporting hirify.global employees globally.
- Resolve problems or escalate as necessary in a timely manner.
- Perform user account administration in various systems.
- Manage computer hardware and software licenses through asset management and tracking.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of previous experience at an IT Service Desk, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to facilitate and support multiple tasks and real-time support issues.
- Experience with Active Directory (creating user accounts, performing password resets, etc.).
- Experience using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems (particularly Windows 11) and MacOS, and MS Office products.
