TL;DR

What you will do

  • Solve and handle incoming tickets in the Service Desk supporting EMEA and worldwide employees
  • Monitor SLA compliance within the department
  • Provide IT support related to hardware and software including remote assistance
  • Perform user account administration in various systems such as Active Directory
  • Manage asset tracking for computer hardware and software licenses
  • Collaborate with vendors to order equipment and assist with datacenter rack installations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of IT Service Desk experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Good English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 11, MacOS, and MS Office products
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple real-time support tasks
  • Must be located in Poland and able to work onsite in Warsaw
