Lead Product Designer (AI): Shaping user experience and design strategy for buyers and sellers on OLX's platform with an accent on AI-driven innovation and leading design processes. Focus on delivering end-to-end user experience solutions, identifying new user journeys, and connecting users with OLX's vertical and horizontal services.

Location: Fully remote within Spain or from the Barcelona office. Remote work from outside of Spain is not possible.

What you will do

• Shape the user experience and design strategy for Buyers and Sellers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful designs.
• Leverage OLX’s positioning and AI-driven innovation to solve real-world problems.
• Lead design processes, standards, and rituals within the General Classifieds’ Platform team.
• Deliver end-to-end user experience solutions within vertical and horizontal services.
• Identify and lead new user journeys, building connections between Sellers, Buyers, and OLX’s platforms.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Passion for AI-driven innovation.
• Ability to lead process, standards, and rituals within a team.
• Experience designing solutions in a lifestyle ecommerce context.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Remote work from outside of Spain is not possible.
