What you will do

• Contribute to high-quality design standards and explore innovative product directions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to identify user problems and build lean solutions.
• Advocate for modern research and experimentation practices, using qualitative insights and behavioural data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, content exploration, and prototyping.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that support consistency and adaptability.
• Bring diversity of thought, inclusivity, and collaboration to the design and product team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in product design or UX/UI fields.
• Compelling portfolio highlighting problem-solving through solutions and their impact on user metrics.
• Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, design thinking methodologies, and research practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven tools.
• Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of high-level front-end development and its impact on design decisions.
