What you will do
- Define product UX strategy and vision with the Head of Product.
- Own complex problem spaces from discovery to shipped product.
- Design shippable solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI for enterprise workflows.
- Design for AI-powered product experiences.
- Build and evolve design processes for efficiency and speed.
- Drive adoption of AI tooling within design (e.g., Figma AI, Cursor).
- Lead the design team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Maintain and scale the design system.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in start-up/scale-up environments.
- Portfolio showcasing complex product work shipped from vision to delivery.
- Experience leading design work end-to-end with risk mitigation.
- Track record of partnering with Product and Engineering.
- Deep experience designing enterprise-grade workflows.
- Evidence of coaching and developing designers while staying hands-on.
- Strong UX and UI fundamentals.
- Genuine curiosity about AI in design and explored AI tooling.
- Fluency in Figma and experience contributing to or owning design systems.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
- Familiarity with Storybook or working with engineers on component libraries.
