What you will do

• Lead the design vision and strategy for your product design team, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Mentor and level-up designers by providing feedback, guidance, and frameworks to improve craft and decision-making.
• Drive product strategy through design, partnering with Product Managers and Engineering leads to define problem spaces and shape roadmaps.
• Define and evolve hirify.global’s interaction patterns, information architecture, and multi-surface design system.
• Run and facilitate deep discovery, including research synthesis, field studies, workflow modeling, and prototype-driven exploration.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to executives and stakeholders, exploring new ideas in AI, automation, and workflow design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, interaction, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to elevate design quality, influence strategy, and deliver experiences that measurably improve user workflows.
• A portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking, domain ownership, design leadership, and work that shaped product direction.
