What you will do

• Lead the design vision for an AI-native ATS across the full design lifecycle, from strategic thinking to high-fidelity UI/UX.
• Define and design innovative AI-powered features and interaction patterns to differentiate the ATS.
• Own the quality and velocity of design delivery in a beta environment, iterating based on feedback and analytics.
• Lead and conduct user research initiatives to deeply understand recruiter workflows, pain points, and needs.
• Lead the development of a cohesive ATS design language, contributing to the design system with new patterns and components.
• Collaborate effectively across international squads and cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record of leading and shipping complex B2B SaaS products.
• Expertise in several areas of design, such as interaction design, UX research, or information architecture.
• Ability to lead through influence, shaping strategy and roadmap with senior PMs and EMs.
• Excitement about AI and emerging technologies, comfortable rethinking user experiences fundamentally.
• Exceptional craft and systems thinking, with exemplary Figma work and contributions to design systems.
• English: C1+ required to communicate with impact across international stakeholders.
