What you will do

• Lead backend engineering efforts for autonomous agentic frameworks, moving prototypes to large-scale production.
• Build and optimize decision-making engines for security agents to interact with cloud APIs and internal data streams.
• Develop high-performance data integrations and streaming services (Kafka) for real-time security data.
• Architect distributed systems to process billions of security events for posture intelligence and automated remediation.
• Brainstorm and define new product features with cross-functional teams in an autonomous culture.
• Mentor the team, championing new technologies and raising the technical bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Go and Python.
• Prior experience building workflows powered by LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agents.
• Deep knowledge of at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, concurrency, and resilient architecture.
• Solid experience with data modeling, RDBMS (SQL), and distributed caching solutions like Redis.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in data structures and algorithms.

Nice to have

• Experience in threat detection and response, identity management (IAM), data security, or cloud security posture management.
• Experience with analytical databases and petabyte-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with AI native tools like Loveable, Replit, MCP, n8n.
