Senior Algorithm Developer (Deep Learning): Develop and deploy deep learning-based algorithms for AOI image analysis and inspection in complex multi-disciplinary systems with an accent on production deployment, system constraints, and scalability. Focus on end-to-end ownership including data analysis, model design, training, optimization, and collaboration with software, system, and field teams.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize deep learning algorithms for AOI image analysis
• Conduct applied research to translate state-of-the-art DL methods into production solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of algorithms from data analysis to deployment
• Work with large-scale real-world data to improve performance, robustness, and scalability
• Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, product, applications, and field teams
• Account for system constraints like throughput, latency, and hardware; analyze failures and drive improvements

Requirements

• M.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in deep learning algorithm development
• Strong background in deep learning (CNNs, transformers, representation learning, optimization)
• Extensive Python experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with complex multi-disciplinary systems and large noisy real-world datasets
• Ability to translate research into production-quality maintainable code

Nice to have

• Experience developing production-grade DL systems end-to-end
• C++ for performance-critical components
• Background in computer vision, image processing, or signal processing
• Distributed systems, inference services, or large-scale deployment pipelines
• Technical leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience
