What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI character creation, including concept design, face generation, LoRA training, and iterative refinement.
• Develop and enhance dynamic character profiles aligned with user trends and expectations.
• Test and evaluate AI outputs for visual consistency and overall user experience quality.
• Research emerging AI techniques, models, and workflows to innovate generation pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and creative teams to validate and prepare new features for production.
• Maintain a steady release cadence by delivering polished, on-trend characters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles with strong ownership of deliverables.
• Hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI model fine-tuning workflows.
• Strong creative judgment in designing character traits, faces, and visual identities.
• Ability to operate within iterative, high-frequency training and testing cycles with fast feedback.
• Familiarity with LLMs, diffusion models, and the broader generative AI ecosystem.
• Fluent English communication skills for technical collaboration.
