What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven business solutions integrated with enterprise business systems.
  • Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock via orchestration frameworks like LangChain or n8n.
  • Partner with IT analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Enhance enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, and iPaaS services with AI capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from prototyping and experimentation to production and maintenance.
  • Handle support tickets and bugs within defined SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing business applications such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
  • Experience with Microsoft AI tools, specifically Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI models into business applications.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and data security, privacy, and compliance in cloud environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with low-code, no-code, and pro-code AI tools like n8n or LangGraph.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and willingness to explore emerging technologies.
