What you will do

• Design and implement self-contained AI Skills that connect to the platform's core data layers.
• Build and deploy end-to-end autonomous agents capable of handling the security lifecycle.
• Create abstractions that allow non-technical stakeholders to trigger or chain AI workflows.
• Maintain and contribute to the AI infrastructure and evaluation environment to ensure grounded outputs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in dedicated AI development (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG).
• Alternatively, 7+ years of Senior Software Engineering experience combined with 1+ year of deep AI development.
• Deep proficiency in Python and the modern AI stack.
• Proven experience building AI agents that operate autonomously in production environments.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a major bonus.
