Image Processing Algorithms Engineer (AI/ISP): Designing and implementing end-to-end image signal processing solutions using classical and deep learning methods for edge AI processors with an accent on image quality and hardware optimization. What you will do
- Define end-to-end ISP solutions using both classical and deep learning-based algorithms.
- Design ISP components from proof-of-concept to production, optimized for embedded hardware.
- Act as the technical domain expert and focal point for image enhancement projects for video cameras.
- Translate high-level product requirements into system-level ISP building blocks.
- Evaluate and benchmark solutions against baselines to reach superior quality and performance tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with SW and HW implementation teams for deployment to the Vision Processor.
Requirements
- MSc in EE/CS or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience in R&D of image processing algorithms with proven technical leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in R&D of deep learning-based algorithms with quantified improvements.
- Experience developing algorithms deployed to embedded hardware and real-time systems.
- Proficiency in Python with strong programming and algorithmic design skills.
- Strong analytic skills and ability to learn new frameworks and tools quickly.
Nice to have
- PhD in EE/CS with a thesis focused on image processing.
- Experience with video processing temporal features such as denoising and stabilization.
- Academic publications in top-tier conferences in relevant domains.
- System-level understanding of complex multi-disciplinary systems.
