What you will do

• Manage crypto settlements and coordinate asset settlement with counterparties.
• Maintain extreme attention to detail to mitigate operational risks, ensuring zero errors in high-value transactions.
• Work closely with traders to ensure inventory is distributed for maximum efficiency across trading venues.
• Manage end-to-end middle office operations for equities, options, futures, and FX, including complex reconciliations and corporate actions.
• Assist in the design, creation, implementation, and improvement of robust operational workflows and controls.
• Collaborate with Trading, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams on regulatory implications across multiple products.

Requirements

• BSc in business, finance, or quantitative subjects.
• 3+ years of experience in Middle Office/Trade Operations in a financial services company with high-volume and complex operations.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
• Strong interest in trading and curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and DeFi.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available for US visas).

Nice to have

• Experience with databases/SQL/reading and writing simple Python scripts.
• Deep practical knowledge of traditional financial instruments, including equities, options, futures, and FX.
• Series 99 license.
• Professional crypto experience.
