Location: Madrid, Spain. This role requires working from the office 4+ days per week.

What you will do
- Deliver high-impact training for new and existing resellers, focusing on 's value proposition.
- Coach partners on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques specifically for the SME market.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ’s hardware, software, and integrated billing solutions.
- Identify skill gaps within the reseller network and deploy targeted training interventions.
- Develop engaging sales playbooks, video tutorials, and remote learning modules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a high-energy Sales Trainer.
- Ability to empower and train a network of resellers effectively.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Ability to become a subject matter expert on payment hardware, software, and integrated billing.
- Experience in performance tracking and content creation for sales training.
- English: B2 required.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain, and work from the office 4+ days per week.
