Location: Madrid, Spain. This role requires working from the office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Deliver high-impact training for new and existing resellers, focusing on hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Coach partners on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques specifically for the SME market.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on hirify.global’s hardware, software, and integrated billing solutions.
  • Identify skill gaps within the reseller network and deploy targeted training interventions.
  • Develop engaging sales playbooks, video tutorials, and remote learning modules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a high-energy Sales Trainer.
  • Ability to empower and train a network of resellers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert on payment hardware, software, and integrated billing.
  • Experience in performance tracking and content creation for sales training.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain, and work from the office 4+ days per week.
