Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving new business and expanding existing accounts for identity security solutions with an accent on leading complex sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and delivering lasting business impact. Focus on consultative selling, building executive relationships, and leveraging AI-enabled sales tools to achieve quota attainment in the German territory.

Location: Must be based in Germany to manage the sales territory effectively.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes and quota attainment.
  • Drive business outcomes through consultative selling by understanding customer priorities and translating hirify.global’s platform value.
  • Build and maintain executive and multi-level relationships with key stakeholders including CxO and security leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Sales Specialists and internal teams, taking ownership of the deal strategy.
  • Drive collaboration with channel partners, GSIs, and hyperscalers to extend reach and strengthen execution.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy with detailed account plans for key targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including identity security, PAM, IAM, Zero Trust, and compliance.
  • Experience working with channel partners, cloud providers, and GSIs for go-to-market execution.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills across all customer levels.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Comfortable using digital selling tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Demandbase.
  • Fluent in German to effectively engage with customers in the local market.
