What you will do

  • Build and execute territory and account plans to create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner motions.
  • Practice insight-led selling to challenge customer framings, uncover bottlenecks, and translate into compelling narratives.
  • Lead executive discovery and align internal stakeholders (CFO/CIO) across multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees.
  • Own the business case, pricing strategy, proposals, negotiation, and contracting to quantify and communicate value.
  • Drive deals to closure with disciplined deal governance and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to de-risk technical concerns and ensure clean handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles, push back respectfully, quantify impact, and mobilize buying committees.
  • Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services and comfort navigating enterprise procurement.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC-style qualification and forecasting discipline.
  • Strong collaboration with presales/SE and post-sales teams, selling what can be delivered.
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory).

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or selling into finance/procurement/shared services transformations.
  • Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP) and winning against incumbents.
  • Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
