Sales Development Representative (AI, SaaS): Identifying and contacting prospective customers to book Sales Qualified Meetings for an AI-native Recruitment Productivity Platform with an accent on outbound messaging and relationship building. Focus on supporting Account Executives on customer demos and providing prospect feedback to the product team.
Location: Fully Remote within the US, with a preference for candidates based in Tampa or Boston.

What you will do
- Identify and contact prospective customers via phone, email, and other messaging to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
- Attend and support Account Executives on customer demos.
- Provide prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the hirify.global platform.
- Manage your sales pipeline and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in sales or staffing/recruiting.
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships through outbound messaging and phone calls.
- Organized, inquisitive, and driven to exceed targets.

- Preferably based in Tampa or Boston.
