TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI, SaaS): Identifying and contacting prospective customers to book Sales Qualified Meetings for an AI-native Recruitment Productivity Platform with an accent on outbound messaging and relationship building. Focus on supporting Account Executives on customer demos and providing prospect feedback to the product team.

Location: Fully Remote within the US, with a preference for candidates based in Tampa or Boston.

Salary: We offer some of the best commission rates in SaaS sales.

What you will do

  • Identify and contact prospective customers via phone, email, and other messaging to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
  • Attend and support Account Executives on customer demos.
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in sales or staffing/recruiting.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships through outbound messaging and phone calls.
  • Organized, inquisitive, and driven to exceed targets.

Nice to have

  • Preferably based in Tampa or Boston.
