TL;DR

Support Engineer (eDiscovery): Being the first line of defense for customer tickets and questions for an eDiscovery platform with an accent on customer onboarding, training, and building scalable support systems. Location: Remote (UK and Europe)

Salary: £35,000–£45,000

What you will do

  • Be the first line of defense for customer tickets and questions.
  • Help with customer onboarding and training.
  • Build scalable systems for customer support, including the internal knowledge base.
  • Channel customer feedback to the product development team.

Requirements

  • Proven interest in learning and teaching.
  • A passion for software products and an interest in diving into their technical details.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities across competing customer requests.
  • Interested in the rapid growth that only early-stage startups can provide.
  • Extreme ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Privacy or Legal fields.
  • Coding knowledge and interest in growing your coding skills.
