Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 USD/year + competitive commission plan.

What you will do
- Proactively engage enterprise customers to understand needs and position hirify.global’s capabilities.
- Own a defined book of business and build pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship expansion.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying new buying centers and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, solutions, and operations for seamless execution.
- Provide accurate forecasts and sales reporting, contributing to strategic planning and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with consistent quota attainment and pipeline ownership.
- Strong prospecting abilities and experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and client-first approach.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
