Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $80k-$115k/year base + commission

What you will do

  • Identify, contact, and engage prospective customers within the Healthcare industry to present Lionbridge's solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new and upsell opportunities.
  • Educate customers on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically navigate the sales cycle to advance opportunities and close deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to craft tailored value propositions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of selling directly into Healthcare accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and managing a designated territory.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity in targeting clients to maximize revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with the Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) market is a plus.
