What you will do
- Identify, contact, and engage prospective customers to present hirify.global's solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new and upsell opportunities.
- Educate customers on service lines, solutions, pricing, and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal/external operations teams for seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strategically navigate the sales cycle, leveraging each stage to advance opportunities and close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, markets, and verticals to craft tailored value propositions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable sales role with a proven track record of selling into enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a designated territory, and growing a pipeline.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively about targeting clients and verticals to maximize revenue growth.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) market and offerings, or a willingness to quickly develop a solid understanding of the space.
