TL;DR

Director of Account Management- Mid Market (Sales): Leading and mentoring a team of account managers to drive product adoption, secure renewals, and identify growth opportunities within the mid-market segment with an accent on achieving team quotas and ensuring operational efficiency. Focus on managing customer relationships, utilizing CRM effectively, and developing team members professionally.

Location: Fully Remote. Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Salary: $140,000–$182,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development for team members.
  • Oversee the management of the hirify.global Middle Market customer base.
  • Drive the team to achieve targets for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and exceed quotas for account growth and expansion.
  • Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM for managing, tracking, and driving sales and account management processes.
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell/upsell opportunities within the current customer base.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive account management or enterprise customer success experience within a SaaS or healthtech environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading account management teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, and politically intricate accounts within the top-tier healthcare provider or health system space.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build deep, lasting credibility with C-suite and Board-level executive stakeholders.
  • Mastery of strategic and tactical solution selling, particularly around complex, evolving, and highly integrated product offerings.
  • Willingness to travel significantly for client engagement, strategic planning, and industry events as needed.
