What you will do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage renewals and support account retention in partnership with Customer Success.
- Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, or cross-sell and partner with Sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including Billing, Support, and Product—to resolve account-related questions and issues.
- Maintain accurate account data and activity in CRM tools and stay informed on product updates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience for Associate Account Manager or 3+ years for Account Manager in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Support).
- Experience managing renewals, retention, and growth within an account portfolio (for Account Manager level).
- Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly).
- A collaborative, team-first approach to work.
- Must be located in the United Kingdom, or Ireland.
