TL;DR

Director of Consultant Relations: Expanding hirify.global’s influence and preference within the benefits consulting and brokerage community, driving net-new, consultant-referred opportunities through strategic relationship building. Focus on building deep senior-level consultant relationships, enabling consultants to position Sword, and accelerating opportunities with sales and customer success.

Location: Remote (must have a legal right to work in the United States)

Salary: $126,487–$198,766 a year

What you will do

  • Own consultant influence and pipeline outcomes for your territory, executing a plan to drive engagement and generate opportunities.
  • Build and expand senior relationships across top consulting and brokerage firms to establish preference for Sword.
  • Identify and cultivate key stakeholders across firms to create durable, multi-threaded relationships.
  • Enable consultants with clear, ready messaging to confidently position Sword to employers.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support active pursuits and align consultant strategies.
  • Maintain operational rigor and CRM discipline in Salesforce, tracking activity and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting and/or brokerage firms.
  • Proven ability to build influential relationships that translate into business outcomes.
  • Strong business development skills, including prospecting and multi-threading relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, revenue-accountable role.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage contacts and opportunities.
  • A self-starter mindset: high ownership, intellectually curious, and energized by building.
