What you will do

• Lead and drive business analysis across workstreams for retail and consumer goods initiatives.
• Improve business processes by identifying and implementing logistical practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders and conduct workshops for requirement elicitation.
• Map business processes and user journeys, developing business domain models and associated documentation.
• Create business requirements documents, including non-functional requirements.
• Support internal and external delivery teams with project planning, testing, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry across products such as Manhattan, SAP, or Salesforce e-commerce.
• Experience in leading and managing workshops, senior stakeholder meetings, and building relationships.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10 or more people.
• Proven experience leading projects across digital transformations and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• English: B2 required.
