What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for insight requests, delivering commercially focused responses.
• Communicate insights and data clearly to stakeholders, clients, and agencies.
• Develop and support self-serve insight tools for improved accessibility and scalability.
• Lead proactive insight initiatives, identifying trends and value-adding recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams to embed an insight-first culture.
• Deliver training and onboarding on tools, processes, and insight frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Confidence in presenting insights with strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Experience as a key point of contact for insight or data requests, managing priorities.
• Proven experience in commercial insight, analytics, research, or data-led roles within media, advertising, or marketing.
• Hands-on experience using and supporting insight and audience planning tools.
