Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (IT): Shaping the future of public service delivery with extensive BA experience in IT and a consulting approach to problem-solving, focusing on influencing stakeholders and delivering strategic IT solutions in complex environments.

Location: Hybrid working, including Company offices, client sites, and home; however, you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years and be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons.

What you will do

• Lead face to face and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders to reach agreed requirements.
• Take an evidence-based approach, using data to inform decisions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and User Experience Designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Understand industry trends, look for new opportunities, and drive innovation to increase client value.
• Take responsibility for leading Business Analysis on complex projects, role modelling professional behaviours.
• Support the development and career progression of other BAs.

Requirements

• Experience working on user-centred product or service development projects in a technical environment.
• Experience identifying and developing business opportunities with clients.
• Experience supporting and developing other BAs through activities such as people management and mentoring.
• Experience working on projects in the Public Sector or other legislative driven sectors such Utilities, Energy or Pharmaceutical.
• Ability to influence strategy and leadership direction within complex engagements.
• To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Nice to have

• BCS Business Analysis certification would be desirable.
