What you will do
- Define and implement Product Analytics strategy in collaboration with Data, Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams.
- Grow and lead a diverse team of analysts, fostering an inclusive environment to achieve their full potential.
- Provide expert leadership in analytical approaches and champion data-driven decision making.
- Lead deep-dive analysis to frame product strategy and roadmap decisions, optimizing audience experience and driving engagement.
- Shape and improve data analysis capabilities, guiding Product Group's data needs and supporting company goals.
Requirements
- Experience leading and managing a team of data analysts, developing individuals and driving value through data and insight.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment to deliver insights that influence business direction.
- Great communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and a passion for producing high-quality, accurate analytics deliverables.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse colleagues and stakeholders, managing expectations and navigating priorities.
- High levels of logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a digital product-focused analytical role in a customer-centric organization.
- Familiarity with agile or other rapid application development methods.
- Understanding of data pipelines and/or data modeling.
- Experience with Data Science & Machine learning.
- Understanding of how digital products use experimentation and experience with A/B testing.
- Knowledge of R or Python.
