What you will do
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and TA leadership to design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for critical and high-impact roles.
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts for senior, niche, or difficult-to-fill positions across hirify.global, globally.
- Build, maintain, and activate long-term talent communities and passive candidate networks.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and pipeline data; surface insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support Intermediate Sourcers and Recruiters on sourcing best practices and tools.
- Lead or significantly contribute to special projects, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with demonstrated success in complex or high-volume environments.
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and talent mapping.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for senior leadership or highly specialized technical roles.
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in DEI sourcing initiatives.
