What you will do
- Own and deliver full-cycle hiring workflows from requisition intake through offer acceptance for assigned roles across regions.
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
- Source, screen, and advance candidates across diverse role types and geographies to maintain qualified pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and progress candidates based on agreed evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, candidate status updates, and hiring documentation.
Requirements
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge covering requisition intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and close processes.
- Knowledge of multi-region talent market dynamics, hiring conditions, and role competitiveness.
- Ability to elicit, document, and validate role expectations and success criteria with Hiring Managers.
- Knowledge of structured interview methods, assessment criteria, and consistent candidate evaluation approaches.
- Understanding of applicable hiring policies, data privacy requirements, and documentation standards across regions.
- Must work from the office 1 day per week in Montreal or Toronto, Canada.
