Salary: $75,000–$120,000 a year

What you will do

• Serve as the strategic Talent Acquisition partner for hirify.global DXI.
• Develop a deep understanding of DXI’s offerings, including data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate evolving business needs into scalable hiring strategies that support innovation and global expansion.
• Partner closely with business leadership, hiring managers, People partners, and Finance to forecast hiring demand.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting to attract diverse top talent, including market intelligence, sourcing, and assessment.
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience and regularly communicate recruitment status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Prior experience recruiting in PR, Creative, Digital, Media, and/or Advertising agency environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including data science, analytics, research, paid media intelligence, AI, and product-adjacent roles (preferred).
• Must be eligible to work in the USA, with US-specific benefits such as 401K and health insurance.
