Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Deliver full life-cycle recruitment, talent attraction, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking events.
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers to accurately evaluate candidates.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and the employment landscape within the FinTech industry.
  • Represent Interac and its core values throughout the full life-cycle recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to stay up to speed on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Must be able to work in a flexible hybrid model in Toronto, Canada.
