Location: This position will be a hybrid position based in our Burnaby, BC office.

hirify.global is a technology company dedicated to helping utilities modernize their distribution grids by harnessing the power of data across all their devices and systems deployed throughout the entire distribution grid.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and design job postings.
  • Lead a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across all functions and regions.
  • Assess and manage external recruitment vendors and partnerships.
  • Execute the employer brand strategy and develop careers site content.
  • Design and manage co-op, internship, and new graduate programs.
  • Standardize and document recruitment processes, identifying efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

  • Hybrid position based in Burnaby, BC office.
  • 5–7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally in a growth-stage or scaling organization.
  • Proven success managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting across Canada and the U.S. and adapting approaches to different market dynamics.
  • Experience assessing, building, and managing vendor ecosystems.
  • Experience building or supporting co-op, intern, or early-career programs.
