What you will do
- Lead full life-cycle hiring processes for assigned roles.
- Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Foster a referral culture and build diverse talent pipelines, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and best practices for success.
- Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and enhance TA processes and efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote hirify.global’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.
Requirements
- Strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
- 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process.
- Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
- Native level English.
Nice to have
- Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- An understanding of the cloud management space.
- Experience managing remote hiring processes or hiring in APAC.
