Location: Remote in Eastern US or Eastern Canada

What you will do

  • Lead full life-cycle hiring for assigned roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
  • Foster a "referral culture" and contribute to DEI goals by building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and best practices.
  • Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Plan and execute programs to enhance TA processes and promote hirify.global’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, negotiation, and managing offers.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Native level English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • An experience / understanding of the cloud management space.
  • Experience managing remote hiring processes or hiring in APAC.
  • Additional languages.
