Location: Remote in Eastern US or Eastern Canada

What you will do

  • Lead full life-cycle hiring processes for assigned roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques.
  • Foster a referral culture and build diverse talent pipelines, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and best practices for success.
  • Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions and enhance TA processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote hirify.global’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Native level English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • An understanding of the cloud management space.
  • Experience managing remote hiring processes or hiring in APAC.
