What you will do
- Maintain a large volume of SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily.
- Resolve customer issues preventing them from maintaining a relationship with hirify.global.
- Communicate the hirify.global value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing.
- Follow up on assigned customer SaaS renewal quotes and generate custom quotes.
- Drive SaaS renewal opportunities to close prior to service expiration through detailed funnel management.
- Manage and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and SaaS based selling experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task and track multiple issues.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Previous experience with CRM – NetSuite and SalesForce are a plus.
