What you will do
- Maintain a large volume of SaaS renewals with high call and email volume daily
- Resolve customer issues to maintain relationships and drive renewals
- Communicate value propositions, suggest growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
- Manage renewal quotes and drive opportunities to close before service expiration
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve experience
- Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Passion for sales and SaaS-based selling experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
