What you will do

• Provide counsel on legal matters related to commercial transactions.
• Streamline communication between relevant areas within the company on a global basis.
• Review and revise commercial and technology agreements.
• Provide pragmatic guidance on AI, privacy and security matters, and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Monitor privacy and security laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development of training materials and educate sales teams and other internal stakeholders on legal processes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting fast-paced commercial transactions.
• Some demonstrated prior experience advising on AI, security and privacy laws in the US and their application in a global company.
• Adept at translating legal advice into actionable guidance.
• Flexible, open-minded thinker with the desire to prioritize internal client needs.
• Confident in suggesting sound decisions for implementation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
