TL;DR

What you will do

  • Execute and continuously improve standardized onboarding and activation playbooks for new partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to build joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and co-selling/co-marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver training, resources, and sales collateral to enable partner teams effectively.
  • Define shared KPIs, monitor partner performance, lead regular business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and proactively resolving issues impacting performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Account Management, or Strategic Alliances within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-performing partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience executing joint Go-To-Market strategies, co-selling motions, and partner enablement programs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner economics and operating models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with comfort tracking KPIs, forecasting performance, and presenting partner insights to leadership.
