Senior Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Building and optimizing a core component of hirify.global's go-to-market partnerships team, responsible for the performance and growth of high-value partners in the investment ecosystem with an accent on defining and executing strategy for unlocking benefits and economics. Focus on identifying key market opportunities for partners, collaborating cross-functionally to develop optimal partnership strategies, and managing programs at scale.

Location: Fully hirify.global, work from anywhere. Prioritization for applications from AMER and EMEA regions.

Salary: $80,000–$225,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, negotiate, develop, and manage key partnerships across the VC, PE, banking, and accelerator ecosystem globally.
  • Define and execute a strategy to unlock and optimize benefits and economics for both partners and hirify.global.
  • Act as the management sponsor for key partners within your Channel, from prospecting and acquisition through to partner management and growth.
  • Maintain deep foundational knowledge of hirify.global’s products and services to identify key market opportunities for partners.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, product) to develop optimal partnership strategies.
  • Build a vibrant hirify.global partner community where best practices and knowledge are shared.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth, partnerships, or business development within the VC, PE, HR, fintech, or software/technology industry.
  • Proven experience leading a partner Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales, and partnering skills.
  • Proven ability to manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, and execute co-marketing initiatives.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively across organizations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing, with prior use of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • English: B2+ required for all communication and application submission.
