Salary: $80,000–$225,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, develop, and manage key partnerships across the VC, PE, banking, and accelerator ecosystem globally.
- Define and execute a strategy to unlock and optimize benefits and economics for both partners and hirify.global.
- Act as the management sponsor for key partners within your Channel, from prospecting and acquisition through to partner management and growth.
- Maintain deep foundational knowledge of hirify.global’s products and services to identify key market opportunities for partners.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, product) to develop optimal partnership strategies.
- Build a vibrant hirify.global partner community where best practices and knowledge are shared.
Requirements
- Experience in growth, partnerships, or business development within the VC, PE, HR, fintech, or software/technology industry.
- Proven experience leading a partner Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales, and partnering skills.
- Proven ability to manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, and execute co-marketing initiatives.
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively across organizations.
- Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing, with prior use of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- English: B2+ required for all communication and application submission.
