Location: Hybrid, must live in an area relative to Albuquerque, Farmington, or Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.

Salary: $60,000–$150,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a regional team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to motivate and support the team.
  • Engage in hands-on fieldwork, working directly with the team at least three days per week.
  • Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting top talent and monitor team activity and performance metrics.
  • Utilize the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, presentations, and contract processing during training.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must live in an area relative to Albuquerque, Farmington, or Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • 3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience (preferred).
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, high sense of urgency, and innate sales talent.
