What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategic initiatives for market penetration in the Americas.
- Drive pipeline generation and manage the full sales lifecycle playbook.
- Capture and synthesize client pain points and feature requests, providing a feedback loop to Product and Technology.
- Establish a lean sales development model and infrastructure in the region.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Strategy partners.
Requirements
- Over 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the financial, technology, banking or wealth management industry, with 5+ years in a SaaS environment.
- A deep understanding and knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and client needs.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing RFI/RFP processes and complex deals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- The ability to recruit and train a high-performing team.
Nice to have
- Experience identifying and collaborating with industry partners to provide local third-party system integration.
- Experience in driving location strategy for Sales, Implementation and Client Success teams.
- Experience with selling API first or composable B2B SaaS products.
