What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategic initiatives for market penetration in the Americas.
  • Drive pipeline generation and manage the full sales lifecycle playbook.
  • Capture and synthesize client pain points and feature requests, providing a feedback loop to Product and Technology.
  • Establish a lean sales development model and infrastructure in the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Strategy partners.

Requirements

  • Over 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the financial, technology, banking or wealth management industry, with 5+ years in a SaaS environment.
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and client needs.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing RFI/RFP processes and complex deals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • The ability to recruit and train a high-performing team.

Nice to have

  • Experience identifying and collaborating with industry partners to provide local third-party system integration.
  • Experience in driving location strategy for Sales, Implementation and Client Success teams.
  • Experience with selling API first or composable B2B SaaS products.
