Salary: $216,000–$240,000 + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Manage and lead the coordination team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Oversee the coordination processes of all candidate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
• Develop and implement scalable coordination processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Influence and enhance candidate experience programs, ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.
• Oversee high-volume recruiting activities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and coordination of interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a global recruiting coordination team.
• Strong familiarity with in-office interviewing processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated background in building and scaling coordination processes within a high-volume recruiting environment.
• History of managing and influencing candidate experience programs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
