What you will do
- Manage and lead the coordination team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the coordination processes of all candidate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Develop and implement scalable coordination processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Influence and enhance candidate experience programs, ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.
- Oversee high-volume recruiting activities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and coordination of interviews.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a global recruiting coordination team.
- Strong familiarity with in-office interviewing processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated background in building and scaling coordination processes within a high-volume recruiting environment.
- History of managing and influencing candidate experience programs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
