What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process and enhance candidate experience.
• Implement and optimize recruiting systems, automations, and workflows.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS and generate recruiting metrics and reports.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby) and recruiting automation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding communication abilities.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools.
• Project management experience.
