What you will do
- Design and manage a high-volume inbound pipeline for early-career technical talent.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and assessments for program alignment.

- Maintain efficient candidate tracking systems and workflows.
- Serve as the program's primary contact, guiding and engaging applicants.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to place successful candidates.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, admissions, or university talent programs.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Experience with interview operations, scorecards, and structured assessments.
- Strong organizational skills and self-direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must have US work authorization.
