Salary: $147,000–$167,000

What you will do

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to continuously attract, engage, and hire top talent.
• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner for your team and hiring stakeholders.
• Advise hiring teams on strategies that address talent gaps and future talent needs.
• Source passive and active candidates through social platforms, online databases, referrals, events, and relevant networks.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.
• Develop and leverage metrics to inform decisions and optimize processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical teams in-house at a tech company.
• Belief that recruiting is a partnership and you serve as an extension of hiring teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out of uncertainty.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with proactive candidate cultivation and relationship building with passive candidates.
• Detail-oriented in approach to all tasks, with a sense of urgency.
