Location: Must be able to work 5 days per week at the Los Angeles office, when not traveling for writing camps or studio activations.

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end writing camp and studio activation experiences, managing technical setup and on-site logistics.
• Serve as the primary liaison and educator during camps and studio activations, providing live demos and hands-on guidance.
• Demonstrate how AI tools can augment different stages of the music-making process.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to stay current on product developments and communicate artist needs and feedback.
• Document and synthesize learnings from each camp, translating artist feedback into actionable product insights.
• Support the Director of Artist Partnerships in refining camp and studio activation approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill technical concepts to creative audiences.
• Background as a musician, producer, and/or artist.
• Expert-level knowledge of music production, studio operations, and recording techniques.
• Strong track record of building relationships with artists, producers, and music industry professionals.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Music, Marketing, or a related field.
