What you will do

• Hire, direct, and manage Global Client Executives for the region.
• Lead and coach regional sales teams to develop prospects, qualify opportunities, and close sales.
• Coach and mentor account executives on hirify.global's sales strategy and methodology.
• Ensure a strong pipeline is built and managed across the region.
• Meet or exceed corporate revenue targets as directed by corporate initiatives.
• Serve as the business and technical lead in the sales process for all customer engagements.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting regional sales targets.
• 10+ years of successful sales experience and ideally 3+ years of Strategic regional sales management experience.
• Experience of selling data and AI into global accounts.
• Comfortable working in a complex business environment, including obtaining buy-in from senior decision makers.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing expertise.
• Strong negotiation competence and strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial qualities.
